Description - ARASH - A JOURNAL OF ISMDR, a bi-annual international refereed research Journal of management is publishing since 2011 by Indian Society for management Development & Research, Allahabad, to disseminate knowledge and information in the area of management, social studies and allied subjects. The aim of the journal is to provide a forum for discussion of advancement in the area of management for the benefit of the academicians and practicing managers. Six issues have been successfully released and 7th & 8th issue is under process. K. Kak, Vice Chancellor, Mahamaya Technical University, Noida. The journal is listed in Ulrich Periodical Directory and Cabell’s Directory, USA. The journal is publishing twice a year i. e. January & July. It is recommended by Jammu University, Department of EAFM, University of Rajasthan and CBM, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar as a refereed research Journal. The journal publishes research papers, articles, book reviews, case studies, interviews and brief profile of distinguished educationist. In time period of three years the journal has established its credentials in industry and academia alike. It is appreciated by academicians and executives throughout the country. It is circulated allover India as well as abroad.
