Description - General Information The Journal of Faculty of Engineering (JFE) has been published since 1962 as one of the oldest scientific journals and important contexts for scientific research and latest findings of the researchers and experts across the country. The Journal has been continuously published in 43 Volumes and 8 issues per year in the Persian language. JFE is proud for transactions of scientific research for half a century to all researchers and scholars. Since 2010 and according to the general policy of the commissions of publication of ministry of science, research, and technology, it is decided that JFE is published in technology based specialization. As such, the Journal of Computational Applied Mechanics has been issued in the English language since 2012. Journal Policy The Journal of Computational Applied Mechanics is a fully open access, double-blind peer reviewed, electronic and print, a semiannual publication concerned with appropriate aspects of Mechanical Engineering. JCAMECH publishes original research papers, review papers, case reports, technical notes and short communications. The JCAMECH has no charges either for the article processing or the article submission. Papers submitted to JCAMECH will be screened for plagiarism using Plagscan plagiarism detection tools. The JCAMECH will immediately reject papers leading to plagiarism or self-plagiarism. Terms and Conditions The Journal of Computational Applied Mechanics publishes open access articles under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) License which permits use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

The journal aims to promote the international exchange of new knowledge and recent development information in all aspects of computational and applied mechanics including basic discipline-oriented areas such as dynamics, continuum mechanics, computational mechanics, solid and fluid mechanics, structures, heat transfer, computational fluid mechanics, tribology and biomechanics as well as inter-disciplinary subjects such as new numerical and computational techniques, systems control technology, engineering design tools, manufacturing technology, innovative manufacturing, materials and energy technology, MEMS, NEMS, nano-mechanics and environmental engineering.
